[FIXED] [paladin][holy] Crusader strike damage too low

Bug description: I think that it does lower damage than it should for holy paladin
in the video:

at 00:05:18 you see the pally with https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=216331 (wowhead link) up, he hits with crusader strike for 94535 dmg
I tested it on a ret pally like in the video(in arena challenge mode) and in the same circumstance I hit only for 48k

I don't know what's causing the problem in this particular case but I have noticed there are many physical abilities on many classes that do too low damage and some of them I have reported, usually the first answer I get is "it's caused by armor" even if the ability deals 50% of the damage said in the tooltip.
On guardian druid for example:
Swipe tooltip damage: 53k
Swipe actual damage to random broken isle mobs: 19k
Go figure...

Regarding to this: the spell has no pvp multiplier, if you deal lower damage, that's possibly due to stat templates (meaning that 55% reduction for paladins)... I am not quite sure why does he do more damage, but for me I do exactly the same amount as the tooltip says, so it's not even close to being the same case as it were for druids. The spell deals exactly what's advertised on the tooltip, so I don't really see any problem here

When I cast that spell sometimes I cant cast the following spells:Holy shock, Judgment and CS. Even when they not on CD. If you want proff I will send.

if this isn't happening every time make a video of it so it will be easier to reproduce while testing

Please check Avenging Crusader after the restart. Recharge rate should be properly modified now
