[DUPLICATE] Personal Loot @ Mythic dungeons

Bug description: On mythic, as far as i know, artefact power and blood of sargeras should drop for EVERY player of the party, with 100% drop chance. Also items should be tradeable between
members of the same party.
On mythic + enemy progression " % " is not working fine on freakz. For example in NLT mythic + i had to kill every single mob of the dungeon to get 100%, but on blizzard on mythic + we skipped some trash, and got 100% enemy progress EZ.
Also, on mythic + the timer and enemy progression tab dissapears for 1 or 2 members of the party

On blizz i got both blood of sargeras and artefact power every single mythic / mythic +. maybe i was lucky

i had same post and it was rejected.
