[PVP] ALTERAC VALLEY: mercenary mode bug

Bug description: when you are selected in alterac valley as a mercenary for the opposite faction you cannot attack the bosses or the NPC-s from your initial faction bechause they are still friendly, also the ones from the opposite faction where you have been selected as mercenary are unfriendly to you and you can attack them/they attack you.

Proof: in these screenshots i've been selected as a mercenary to the horde team, the alliance guards doesn't attack me when i try to take the graveyard, and also i cannot attack the alliance boss like the other horde players from my team.

This is really important bug for PVPers.. Fix this or disable AV for a while.. it's unplayable.

In the current state the side that has more mercenaries will lose because they can't do important objectives (kill bosses)

Works ok for me, I tested both situations (ally - mercenary for horde, horde - mercenary for alliance), I correctly see/can attack the bosses.

Anyone has any idea if this is random / what causes it?

Its not random. It appears always for players. Maybe becouse of Gm Rights, But not sure

Update :

So today i (Horde character) was in Alterac Valley where i became a mercenary for the alliance, i rushed alone to the Coldtooth Mine and i killed kobold npcs and take them for the Alliance, there was a horde Pandaren who came to take it back but all the Alliance npcs within the mine are attacking him.

But later, there's a Night Elf mercenary from the Alliance to the Horde came into the mine, and the NPCs didn't attack him.
and yes, all the alliance npc names are red to me but it cannot be attacked. and the horde npcs didnt attack me either.
