Bug description: We implemented mythic keystone lvl 9 http://i.imgur.com/HY0Wq5K.jpg link of key and that we are in mythic +, when we puted key in side there was no mobs noting no timer no bosses noting just empty instance and we got key deplted.

can confirm this happened.
After reseting the dungeon we put the key in and all mobs dissapeared. (NL+9 raging and volcanic)

I am the one who used the Keystone. When countdown was over, the Mythic Keystone frame was missing. There was no adds and bosses.

This happened to me too. Just take no risks. After you finish a mythic or m+, just leave the party, relog, reset the instance and change difficulty to normal and then to mythic again. Then start a new mythic+. I don't know which one but one of these works so just do all of it before you begin a mythic+. Dont risk your key until they fix this.
