Bug description: The Reset Cooldown Proc Never it happens so you use the talent https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=203776 (wowhead link) this never happens too.
Proof: cant proof it because the reset cooldown never happens so that it only can be test for others players or GM sorry beforehand.

Try switching the talents.. passive grand crusader works maybe the talent is bugged

The reset cooldown of Avenger's shield procs quite often for me :s And I have this talent

It does proc indeed. But the visual affect is buged so maybe you do not notice it proccing. Check this thread:

I can also confirm this. It happened like this since the realm started running, I thought it's only a personal bug or something but it is indeed quite easy to oversee a proc if it's not highlighted like Holy Shock (Infusion of light) or anything like that.

It procs, only the visual doesn't work.

If you gonna hit the king you're better kill the king
