I give you a message last 3 weeks about artefact dmg.

In arena, tooltip said 280,894.

The test is on monk who has 0 dmg passive reduction.
The tooltip said that dmg which is non-crit dmg, now, even with crit ticks you don't reach/respect the tooltip. With crit ticks you should go above 300k aoe dmg easily.

And, if I'm not mistaken, tooltips don't take into consideration mastery increases and maybe versatility(?).
And for Demon Hunter mastery provides an increase to chaos dmg.
And fury of the illidari deals chaos dmg.
So the actual dmg should be higher than what the tooltip says .

Tooltips on damaging abilities change depending on your mastery, versatility and mainstat(agi for DH), the thing with DH is that chaos damage ignores all armor so what the tooltip says w/o crit should be exactly how much damage it does, this includes damage from Chaos Strike which is absurdly low as well, (says 150k does 40k)

Template stats for pvp should only net a 4.5% damage reduction since its only 9% versatility(for leather), also the OP said he tested without any damage reducing cd's so in this case, the only thing that matters is versatility, because chaos damage ignores armor after all.

Made some modifications to ensure that it actually hits 14 times without exception (sometimes it did less).

But damage will be 30% short compared to what the tooltip says.

January 13th hotfix: "Fury of the Illidari deals 30% less damage in PvP situations. This also reduces the amount of damage that Rage of the Illidari will deal to targets."

Tooltip says 341k, which reduced by 30% is 239k. Due to the minor variations in weapon based damage I did 248k. The damage output is fine. I will fix the tooltip too, so it shows the correct damage.
