[DUPLICATE] [Class Hall - Shaman] Tech It Up A Notch

Bug description:
This is more of a request, but i guess it counts as bug report aswell. The quest requires me to choose a new upgrade for my class hall, but I've done that a long time ago, before the chain quest was implemented, so now I'm at my before-last upgrade and I have to wait 8 days in order to choose my new upgrade. I ask of you to either make it such that people who have already chosen an upgrade in the past can autocomplete the quest (This would fix the problem for many more players since i'm not the only one with this issue) or just let me skip the quest or something of sorts.

I am in the same situation as you. I have completed ''Tech it up a Notch'' yesterday, the quest got instant completed while my upgrade was already in progress. After i received the next quest, called https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=41905&name=report-from-tian-monastery , i waited for it to be completed at the scouting Map and after that, i wasn't able to finish the quest at the NPC since the quest got stuck at ''investigate Tian Monastery'', however, i tried to abandon the quest after and i wasn't able to get it again. Today, after i entered in the game i noticed that i got the quest ''Tech it up a Notch'' back to my quest log ( which is weird, since i already completed it yesterday ) and now i'm stuck in the same problem as you, with my upgrade 0/1.
