[REJECTED] [PVP] Shadow Priest wrong scaling of HP, maybe other classes aswell

Bug description:

HP Scaling in PVP Shadow priest:

HP ilvl 861: http://imgur.com/a/1AAah

Exactly same HP but different Ilvl.
Same Int aswell, scaling for priest does not work.

Health Pool overall is pretty low for this ilvl.

I had 3.3m HP with 867 on another server.

I have 2.2m in pve, and only 2.6m in pvp. This is bugged, dont release a pvp season with bugs like that.
Just ridiculous. Almost every other class has over 3m HP in pvp with this gear.

Some random 7.1.5 videos, they seem to have around the same health as you. So having 3.3m on that other server is likely a major bug on their end.

No item lvl proof in this videos. They both 200k more than me.

HP still not scalling with increase of ilvl like it does for other classes!

Bump, I had 3m HP as a MW monk, now that my Ilvl is at 860 its now at 2.4m Which is weird.

Snutz was 890+ in that video so obviously he had more. I checked several videos as well, shadow priests had around that much hp. I am not sure about other private servers, maybe their stamina template was wrong, or they added the stamina bonus from 34+ (paragon) traits as well (which should go without any further explication, is an incorrect behavior since in 7.1.5 those traits were disabled in instanced PvP).

But still I have exactly the same HP and stats with ilvl 861 and 867. This shouldnt suppsed to be like that?

It's 1% per 10 iLvl increase, although as far as I remember I made it with more precision (meaning 0.1% per 1 iLvl). I will check it soon

It it like a default for all classes?

When not can you check the scaling for other classes aswell.
It feels like so many people are running around with over 3m HP and low ilvl and im sitting here with 870 and 2,575 mio getting oneshotted by enhancers who are overscaled(they shouldnt be so strong on 7.1.5)
