Bug description: There should be a scouting map which should give me quests for each zone which doesnt appear to me.

you have the same problem as me. been here wondering for 3 days and no help so far, and im stuck there i cant even do World Quest, i would be 840 by now, jesus does any one can help us, i cant continue the fking game like this? and with rep x1 i cant even go there and do quest normally cuz i wont be friendo like, never

I disaggree, if u bouth would have looked at the proof, the button is missing. This is, in fact, a common problem that also occured on the official servers from Blizzard! A quick google-search will prove this.

There might be ONLY ONE PROBLEM : You completed all starting quests from Scouting Map and that's why you can not see that tab again

Now about the bug: I investigated this and it turns out....... THIS IS BLIZZLIKE. The scouting map disappears after you complete various quests (https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=38834&&name=into-the-fray + https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=40122&&name=cenarius-keeper-of-the-grove + 2/3 more quests)
Can someone investigate what's up with that?

Like said, that is not the case. Even on the retail server there are cases where the tab for the scouting map wasn't even there from the start. And like alrdy posted above, there is a thread with a solution: Press Shift+J to open the Adventure Guide, there you are able to start the quest for the regions you weren't yet, too. So the Adventure Guide is the alternative you all seek and which should solve your problems.
