Another bug on Mythic Ursoc is that it's spawning 2 adds at the same time @ 4th or 5th roaring cacophony . Why is that happening ? You can test it .

[FIXED] Fixed an issue where Nightmare Image wasn't "revived" after three roaring cacophony.
[FIXED] Fixed an issue where Ursoc used to apply Momentum debuff on players that were not in front of him and far more after Focused Gaze target.

he summon 2-3 adds in same time after that its getting more add one of fights we had 4 adds they spawn in same time . Note this happen after 4-2 spwans
how it should be : 1 add on each spawn not 2-4

^Confirm, after the first 2 waves of small bear comming, at the 3rd one, he summons 2/3 or more small bears.

There's a texture bug that makes you fall off the map when you charge him sometimes.
