[REJECTED] [Profession][Inscription] Research: Moonglow Ink teaches no new patterns

Bug description: Inscription's Research: Moonglow Ink is meant to have a decent chance of teaching you a pattern among a pool of 4 cosmetic glyphs like druid's "Glyph of Stars", currently this research is teaching no new patterns, tried with 21 attemps in 2 characters (one with the research in grey the other in orange) yet neither learnt any of the glyphs.

As a side note i want to say that 3 of the glyphs are irrelevant, but druid's glyph of stars is pretty important since it's the glyph that let's you look humanoid during mooning form, and a lot of players (including me) dislike the chicken form and would really appreciate if this glyph was available. As an alternative solution to this you could also add cosmetic glyphs to the vote shop, i made a thread for it in the suggestions forum too.

Definitely also have this problem, started inscription from scratch 1-700.. Researched Moonglow ink dozens of times til my bags were full of empty glyph-promises. It seems like the lower ink research is mostly affected. I've gained one, yes 1.. recipe from research altogether and that was at the high levels. I hope this is fixed soon so we can get these glyphs on the road.
