Bug description: Can't learn beyond lvl 15 at artifact reserch , says i've learned everything? No compendium I-IV available

It says clearly: Only granting knowledge level up to lvl 15.
You still got the knowledge item from the instant quest.
From now on, you will need to go to the NPC and press Let's continue research on my artifact.
It will take about 5 days for the research to be completed, you can track the progress in your class hall button near your minimap.

And how the heck do you think I've got those two from bag? But it creates them only for max lvl 15 as it says on the print

Maybe this will help you : http://www.wowhead.com/item=144435/artifact-research-compendium-volumes-i-iv#comments . To be honest I didn't have this issue with my dk and I just made the research from 15-25 today. Maybe you have near the NPC the research already made ...
