WoW Freakz spell link: Rime
Bug description: Frost Dk Is complete out of Balance in Pve dominating single target / multi target everything reason for this is the way to High Procc Rate for Rime (not Killingmachine what increase the damage of the next Howling Blast by 300%... Everyone rerolls *** frost dk because nothing can beat it please bring some balance back in the game and bring it on retail like Procc rate the quality of the server in any pve is going down very fast.

I will give you some retail logs to show you the difference on this srever on Single target Nythendra Howling blast is 35-40% damage from total.
Proof: This Warcraft Logs are from 7.1.5 Nighthold Deathknight has 4 piece what makes him kinda okay here is no 4 piece so its a bit different.

Too high ? These days it doesn't feel like 45% , but like 25% for *** sake.
4-5 obliterates and no procs , *** our class more while fixing no bugged classes , ggwp freakz

Maybe it was fixed, but so was Cinderstorm and that required a couple more fixes. Fact is frost dk dps is way too high and Howling Blast is always at the top of the recount (by a huge margin) regardless of encounter.

Dude, there are legendaries items which increase damage of HB by 40%, there is a talent which increase damage of HB by 30%, there are traits which can be leveled up with relics that increase HB damage.

And btw this is Freakz, class spells will never be like on Blizzard.

@Lemonbunnie you need to inform yourself A LOT.
Reason why in 7.2 and 7.3 HB's damage is much lower is because they will nerf the legendary head by 20% , blast radius by 6 or 3% can't remember exactly ( per rank ).
Atm howling is our top1 damage spell.
Just like warriors spam rampage and odyn and no1 says anything lul

I happened to test out the Rime proc chance. Apparrently(I am not saying it is correct) everytime I hit an Obliterate while Remorsless Winter was up I got a Rime proc. Tested like 5 times.

@seyrox you should actually test it like 100 times and see if out of those 100 times you got 100 procs , then yes it is broken , however if you get less than 50 then it's ok , it's all rng after all

Everytime a spell proc is used first in a spell like Remorsless Winter, or first time in engage fighting, or in a chain used like dashing/charging/deathgriping and after cast a spell proc, that spell proc will generate for 100% a proc from triggeres or maybe from itself, this shit is more bigger, for every class happens this "rng".

the rime shit is bugged. (with my secondary account on a secondary computer) i made a trial dk... it wasn't as high as the author said, but it's still high... i guess...

i commonly see noob Frost DKs with Low Dps. they're just everywhere... i think quicksand shouldn't fix this... they will have no hope.

I'm not triggered or offensive at all , i'm just saying that the most accurate way to test something's chance is to do it 100% to get a clear % out of it.
If rime is indeed bugged ( after the fix ) then i'd gladly like to cooperate , but it doesn't look at all like being bugged.
The only frost dk capping the damage meters are the 2 bis ones , the rest are always easily top 3.
I am a frost death knight main myself and sometimes HB's procs are crazy , but sometimes i don't get 1 single proc after 5 consecutive oblite's.
It's RNG.
p.s. me telling seyrox to try it 100 times to be actually accurate wasn't intended to be mean , sorry if i ofended anyone , it's a fact that's the easiest way to find %.
p.s.s why would i help to a "bug" that's no longer existing ? Posts here are not always made to be fixed and approved but denied too , i see no use to nerfing HB even more , if you even want to ever see a frost dk on freakz again.

Very true , there are indeed times when you get trice in a row a proc rime , but most of the times you don't , i personally barely get 1 rime each 2 oblites
