Yo, @Quicksand, regarding this fix: https://forum.wow-freakz.com/FIXED-Mage-Fire-Ignite-spreading-t494086.html, more accurately this: "Also prevented Ignite from spreading to non-tapped creatures. It will now only spread to units that you are in combat with."

The reason I'm saying this is because I often do pulls by scorching a target and letting the ignite hop to the nearby targets, so I'm a little concerned about this fix. Not gonna make a bug report now, waiting for the fix to go live, just thought you should know.

@Lemonbunnie that change probably won't make it to live, after I closed that topic I went to retail myself just to make sure, Ignite does spread like wildfire, it doesn't really care if you are in combat or not with the target.

It still won't spread for invulnerable targets though

Because after reading it again i realized I crammed a whole lot of shit into one post.

@Quicksand, was there a stealth nerf to AoE trinkets? Because recently they started doing almost no damage whatsoever.

This is my damage in Eye of Azshara +19 (teeming and fortified) from all the crabs and goblins: https://imgur.com/a/FTVWz As you can see I did close to 2billion damage.

(The way I do EoA is: while my group is off killing the last boss I go and round up all the crabs and goblins from before the cave and then I kite them with flamestrike and kill them all by myself. That's something like over 60 mobs all packed together.)

My issue is that I don't understand how @ 2billion damage done my AoE trinkets do a combined ~60milion damage.

The problem is that these trinkets in normal circumstances, i.e. doing a normal m+ dg, will do no damage, smth like @300mil dmg the trinkets do under ~4mil, so why even bother equipping them? You end up doing more dps with single target trinks.

i lil bit throw back to this post but i have question. Did you ever watched the ignite dmg on target, i mean to go mouse over the target and see the ignite debuff and watch the dmg how it change ? I'm talking about that because I think ignite is still bugged... The dmg which should increase the dmg of ignite is somehow bugged. I was watching the dmg while bursting with Combustion, the dmg goes high but when i go back to normal rotation with fire ball and pyrobllast the dmg never increase it goes down ? why ? i think the dmg of ignite should not stop to increase. Some friends told me that the ignite can go like so high and not stop to increase again even with small portion of dmg.

That is how is supposed to work, ignite is % of your dmg and during combustion your dmg is highest. I dont know what did u expect..
