[Mage][Frost] Frozen orb

Bug description: Frozen orb recently started working strange. Some screens what`s happening: https://imgur.com/a/WYdAJ https://imgur.com/a/kFEWL https://imgur.com/a/gWzby

As you can see, when you cast Frozen orb, its going too far away with it`s full speed. How it should work: when Frozen orb hits first target it should slow down rapidly, and move after only few yards. Also, Frozen orb was working well, this started happening probably 1 week ago.

I can also confirm that frozen orb is not working properly, however this doesn't happen 100% of the time.

could it be more of a visual, beacuse i am lvling a mage and even if orb is far away i still get FoF procs?

This is just a visual bug. Orb is doing dmg and giving you fof even if it goes far away.

I can confirm there is a visual bug for this spell. The orb move away very fast.
But even so .. it hits it's original targets.
