the plants does not spawn at all and cannot be done, if you check the items required from the quest they have no object from where should be gathered. the object plant containing it should be spawned at that quest location.

When will the "Blood and Wine" chapter be fixed ?

For now I did every chapter in Legion zones. Now I'm stuck with "blood and wine" in suramar and haven't got any quest there.

EDIT:

I found the bug: if Twen was killed by the Pet (I'm un Hunter), You lost the Kill and the possibility to Speak with Oculeth.

i did An ancient Gift Chapter...but i dont have any quest in suramar...i searched all suramar map but i have not got the quests
im revered with nightfallen With 18000 repotation

Bug report : The quest is supposed to make you ride a Palanquin on the road. However, the Palanquin passes next to guards who reveal your disguise and then you are forced to suffer their attacks till the quest completes.
