A Friendly Chat works, at least on my 93 Horde toon who was already at that point. You receive the ledger. However, the follow-up, https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=24638&&name=crushing-the-crown is still gated levels 5-90 so it is undoable for higher level toons.

In addition, https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=24849&&name=hot-on-the-trail is still undoable for Ally as it has the gated levels to it, unlike its Horde counterpart. https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=24659&&name=crushing-the-crown is also gated behind levels (there are like 6-7 versions of this quest, all requiring 90 or lower).

Questline is still not available to me. Removing Cache didn't help. I just need this achi to make the whole event. All my chars are at max lvl.

To get the Dangerous Love achievement you have to finish one of "Crushing the Crown" daily quests which are supposed to be doable after finishing the following storyline, currently these daily quests are bugged and not doable for characters above 90lvl.

This questline is still not doable for level 110 and the event is almost over. There is no way to gain the title if you are level 110.

Hot on the trail (horde) bugged .the way its scripted atm is to click on these triggers >https://imgur.com/a/sDOzC to get credit, but at auction house >https://imgur.com/a/KLqwY and barber >https://imgur.com/a/zZBIk they are invisible so you cant click them to complete the quest. tried on other chars, same problem.

as for alliance side .. i have completed the questline and got achievement on a lvl 80, but cant get Hot on the trail on any char over 90

It's all obviously still bugged, guys.

My advice for anyone, since the event in 7.1.5 still works for levels 15+, is to make a DK, get it to SW or Org, and do the quest chain there. You should be sent to the proper area for Crushing the Crown that's appropriate for your level (if for some reason you aren't, get a friend to help kill things).

You do NOT need to do all event achieves on the same toon to get the meta achievement and title. My 110 ally rogue did almost all the achieves and I used a 70-something Horde warlock to do the quest chain. As of yesterday I saw a 60-something paladin get the achievement in Org. I'm not aware if the chain works fully for lower level ally toons although I suspect it does. If for some reason it doesn't, just make a Horde dk instead.

I know the event is ending soon in theory, although perhaps Freakz may extend it if they fix the bugs, but you can get on right now and have the title in a few minutes time.

This is not a remedy for bugs. On my account I have all max lvl. I don't like that I have to remove one, spend an hour to make a dk, then remove that dk and wait one day to restore me deleted max lvl (reputation in the guild after deletion will be removed) Each character should be able to finish this event and not to combine how to avoid bugs. I understand, this is a private server, this event is on it for the first time, I'm glad bugs are being repaired. However, they should be repaired entirely, because not only I have such a situation that I can't do this achi. The event ends tomorrow and many things still don't work. I will wait patiently for fix

There's no blizz like stuff(for example an autocomplete quest which need a script), but only several bugs are bouquet rose drop(not 100% during love is in the air) and crushing crown quest
