ToV Trinkets with Random Stats

Bug description: Trinkets from ToV, the three that I linked above, should only give 1 random stat when u acquire the trinket. So there should be no haste+mastery, crit+haste or crit+mastery. Should only be 1 of the stats out of that combination.

Confirm , also worth noting that this is also true for World Quest trinkets , basically no stat stick trinket in game should have double secondary stats on it

I didn't find a blue post that would explicitly specify that should be only 1 stat although everyone from retail is speaking by having only 1 additional stat like here http://www.wowhead.com/item=142506/eye-of-guarm&&bonus=3467:1477#comments

Confirmed, even the wiki doesnt give you a choice of having 2 stats via preview
