[DUPLICATE] [Shoulder Enchant] Boon of the Bloodhunter

Bug description: When you enchant this item to your shoulder slot, you then have a chance to drop Bloodhunter's Quarry (http://www.wowhead.com/item=140227/bloodhunters-quarry) from any mobs around Broken Isles outdoor or indoor areas. I have been using this enchant for a while now and did not see a single drop. I killed thousands of mobs but not even one.
Proof: I can't have a proof for this but please look into it because I am pretty sure it does not work.

Yeah its i not working there should be a chance to drop the Bloodhunter's Quarry from any mobs in Legion.
On the website in the database it is sayin that there is 3% - 0,008% to drop , but you can kill 10k mobs and you will still have nothing from the enchant.
So if you can look at its also good way how to farm the Blood of Sargeras

If you're in party with other player having the same enchant, the chance of dropping a querry is higher. It increases with the number of players in the party with the same enchant

Confirm that bug. Chances to drop Bloodhunter's Quarry are incredibile low.
