[FIXED] [Item] PVP world quests gear ilvl

Bug description: Fearless gladiator's gear is set to a base-ilvl of 865; but instead it gives 855 (the same base-ilvl of Vindictive gladiator's gear).

Every world quest item at it's peak has a base ilvl of 855 ilvl . Please provide some shred of proof regarding this matter or i will have to reject the report .

Not a WQ but a PVP WQ, because in the interface it's said Fearless gladiator's armguard ilvl 865(season 2 pvp) but it gives 855. Maybe it's visual bug on your end, but it says 865 on my Interface. For now i have AP PVP world quests, as soon a Pvp WQ that gives gear, i'll screen-shot it and post it on this thread.

It was a visual bug, should've said 855+, it's because of the fact that we switched to Fearless instead of Vindictive gear.

Fixed the issue, should show 855+ for PvP gear as well after the next restart.
