Bug description: Buff doesn't disappear from the target after you cast one Flash Heal on it.

Edit : what i think happened , after Oxim got hit once , prayer of mending jumped on him again ( from what i understand it can do that ) and he got hit again , triggering the legendary aswell .

It happens only in dungeons, raids . Outside of those it works fine. Try to go inside a dungeon, apply Prayer of Mending to the target, let the target go far away from you and trigger the prayer without it jumping on you and after the buff appears, get in range and heal the target.

Tested, confirm that the heal increase lasts for the whole 10 seconds and doesn't go away after the first cast.
