WoW Freakz spell link: https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=185313 (wowhead link) it's written down below the spell about it's duration cost and such, there's the GCD which infact equals 0.
Bug description: SImply, on Freakz, there's the 1 second GCD on shadow dance.
Proof: I think a proof is not required here, since its just a 1 sec GCD spell we're talking about. Can easily be checked anyways.

Shadow Dance's GCD was removed with the 7.2.0 or 7.2.5 changes ( i forgot which ) and it also went from 3 charges to 2 charges . During 7.1.5 it still had a gcd and 3 charges .

EDIT : I got the quote for you : ''Shadow Dance now has 2 charges (was 3), and is no longer on the global cooldown.'' - 7.2.5 Changes .
