Problems to move from Dalaran

Hi, I have some problems to move from dalaran after 100lvl with an rogue. I've already finished artifact chain quests, but now I've seen that the flight master doesn't have any point where to go in broken island. I've seen this guide https://forum.wow-freakz.com/view-post-5584360.html that speak about quests in scouting map but I can't find any Scouting map. The guide say to press Shift+J to start a questline in Suramar but I don't have any quest in Adventure guide. I have also an dh, but with it I glide until Azsuna. but with the other classes is not possible to do in the some way. Some one know how can I move from dalaran?

The suramar chain quest starts at level 110.

Also, another little friendly tip, is try to get friendly reputation in each zone, so when you hit 110, all you have to get is friendly rep with Suramar instead of back tracking and having to go and grind more quests. It just makes your life easier because you can jump straight into world quests and heroic dungeons instead of having to wait longer.

If he does all or most of his story chapters of the current zone, his reputation with the corresponding faction will always reach friendly. You just have to
do your storylines and the reputation will come as a side effect.

Sorry for the late reply, you are correct, what I'm saying is, is that of he jumps to each zone, azsuna, highmountain, valsharah, stormheim and he gets friendly with each before hitting 110, he can just get suramar friendly rep at 110 and already be ready for world quests and such.
