Invisible NPC!

I am at the 105 peak and i completed some class hall missions but after i took artefact there is an invisible npc that i can see only the question mark above and no npc. Relogging and /reload didnt work or going in other cities return etc.. This happened on my hunter and druid, but on druid it appeared when i logged in the next day....

Also HOW do i start to do missions in broken isles to level up from 105-110?? I have no flight paths Do i have to complete all hall missions first?? (if so its unfair cuz on druid i have a missions that requires 4 hours to complete an order...) Help!

Hello. For your first issue I cannot exactly find a solution other than the cause might be a different phase that you and the NPC are sharing, so if clearing your cache and relogging didn't work, I suggest seeking staff help.
For your second issue, you need to go to your Scouting Map and open the following tab, then choose a zone and start the corresponding quest chain.
