Bug description: "Thanks" to previous report by Ozzydany revitalize only procs once per global.

Where exactly has he found the information about it procing only one once per second? On every single wow source (wowhead, etc.) tooltip it says 0 GCD. Meanin it has no cooldown. So if he did crit 22 times, it should have indeed proced 22 times.

Proof: Today i got critted many times in bg but Revitalize only procs once per GCD now.

Global cooldown is differe t than internal cooldown. You can see you have 0 GCD on freakz too.

Find me proof from retail 7.1.5 that this had no internal CD and I will confirm it.

It has a 1 second ICD, no relation whatsoever to GCD.
