WoW Freakz item link: Silver Hand Orders, Terric the Illuminator
Bug description: The order research "Grand Crusade" (Tier 5) allows you to instantly complete a non-Elite World Quest once every 18 hours, but you cannot use it, since you cannot buy the required reagent for it, because the NPC that offers work orders is not there.
