This isn't a mage only issue . Almost everything triggers them , including , but not limited to : Mounting ; HS-ing ; Using any spell regardless of it's effect , and i can keep going on and on .

As this user said trinkets(and neck enchants too(check this topic)) can be triggered by almost everything, but not all of them.
