Bug description: [broken shore] Begin Construction
Proof:
cant complete the quest, I've already build the the Mage Tower, Nether Disruptor and the Command Center before i took the quest and after ,the quest mark on Commander Chambers is already gray
when i open the construction table , already all 3 buildings are complete .

so i dont know what 2 do

I have the same problem. There was a ton of players sitting on top of the table and i couldn't click it to complete the quest, went ahead and built all 3 buildings, now when i can click on the table i can't finish the quest because i already have all 3 built.

Also have the same prolem with the same reason. Can´t proceed with the quests.

Confirmed.

On retail, the Legion comes in every few days and destroys one of those things that you built, which gets rid of that particular buff and allows you to start contributing to rebuild it again.
That's essentially what needs to be scripted in before turn-ins are available again.

Confirmed, same problem here. The problem is with builds, maybe they should be avaiable only after you do this quest.

You can complete it after the building are re-built again
