Problem with launcher_freakz

Hi,

I was playing 7.1.5 on my WinXP 32bit PC without problems.

Now I downloaded the 7.2.5 launcher and can't start WoW propperly.

But, when I change freaks_laucher.dll to the old one, I can login in to the Game,
so it seams to work.

After 15 sec. it says I should download the new launcher.

It looks like I can start 7.2.5, only with the old dll.

The new dll creates an error.

Does anyone knew this problem and how can I fix it?

Hello. You can try with removing the "Read-Only" option from your Data folder and see if that fixes the problem.
You can do it by: opening your game folder > right-click on Data folder > Choose Properties > Uncheck "Read-Only" > Apply.
Also, if you're still receiving errors, check your Anti-Virus for any quarantined files from the game, because installing the new launcher will treat it as a virus, but that is just a false-positive, as the launcher is perfectly safe.

I tried but it did not help. Why can not use an old dll file. He worked well and the new one issues errors.

Why you need to change .dll?
You need to start .exe

Problem will probably solved if u follow this:
1. I deleted the Cache and WTF folders.
2. I deleted the wow.exe and launcher_freakz.exe
3. I downloaded a NEW LAUNCHER 7.2.5.
4. I extracted to a client, replaced all filles, and click on launcher_freakz.exe right click>Properties>Compatible with Windows XP service pack 3> Run launcher_freakz.exe as Administrator.

Old dll file worked fine. New file create errors. I tried everything from the list but it did not help:(

It would be best if you reinstall full client, deleted the old stuff, cleaned the computer and then wrote it back to us again, I cant help you anymore, maybe a bug somewhere in Windows, Dont forget to enable the .exe files in Firewall and add exceptions to the Antivirus and run launcher_freakz.exe via the Administrator.

I deleted old stuff, cleaned computer, reinstalled full client, download new launcher and when i run launcher create ERROR #132 (0x85100084) Fatal exception!.
I do all what writed guys earlier, but that did not help. Fact: new launcher_freakz create error | old launcher work fine, wow.exe run fine to. Interesting when will be launcher update. I dont know what to do.
Help me please.

Hello kanwulf,

Since you're running a 32 bit operating system, I recommend deleting "launcher_freakz-64.dll", "launcher_freakz-64.exe" and "Wow-64.exe". This will force the game to run in 32 bit mode, perhaps the issue is caused by the launcher not recognizing that you're running a 32 bit OS.

Help me please.
Early i played wow on x32 system but when was update server to 7.2.5. new launcher create error x132. But wow.exe work and all was fine.
Then i delete old client and download new from link from server forum. Download new launcher but its not help, when i run game from launcher create error x132
I try click on launcher_freakz.exe right click>Properties>Compatible with Windows and on wow.exe too. Launcher run without error only when i chose windows 95 or 98. Wow.exe work fine^^
I try all advice from guys write early. But its not help;(
I like this server. But interesting when will be launcher fix? and if new launcher make error on x32 system and in the same time old launcher work good. Why i cant use it? I dont use any cheats or bots or other bad for this server programs.
