Don't think this will get ever implemented, as that would mean they need to script properly every single fight in that Timewalking event which is time-consuming. It is not necessary in any means and rather have them spend that time fixing current content like broken bosses in NH and ToS.

its a 7.2.5 raid that drops 900 ilvl gear. hows that not current content?

if you dont know how timewalking works heres a tl:dr

timewalking even puts a special que in you dungeon finder tab that then sends you into an instance with other players while scaling you down to timewalking event level (i.e. 70 for tbc 80 for wotlk 85 for cata 90 for mop)
all bosses in timewalking dungeon and now a raid drop current content ilvl gear
theres also quests and vendors and tokens and toys that are tied into timewalking
just cause you dont know anything about them does not mean its not current content

in case you think im talking about legacy im not
this is a special even that comes around now and then + patch 8.1 has ulduar as a raid in timewalking

You dont even know that it doesn't even put a queue tab, you literally have to go to Shat as a leader and queue up.
2nd: Nowhere in the link says the OLD raids are CURRENT raids
3rd: As I said, it would be an incredible amount of time wasted scripting old content just for the sake of you and a few others to "enjoy" old content
4th: What has to do patch 8.1 with 7.2.5?

your personal thoughts aside this was implimented in 7.2.5 making it current content and it not working on freakz makes it a valid bug

Timewalking has been around since 6.2 in WoD, and The Black Temple Timewalking raid was implemented in 7.2.5. It awards ilvl 930 loot.

Sure, it's a lot to implement and it's a long-shot even mentioning it because there's a lot of stuff that's currently in the old content that unfortunately doesn't work, but it is relevant to this current 7.2.5 patch as it was released during this patch and awards gear relevant to this patch.

This is more of a suggestion than a bug report, unfortunately. The consideration for old content is EXTREMELY low, so I doubt any of this will ever get implemented.

How about we wait for them to do time walking dungeons first ? You don't seriously think you're the only one that knows what BT timewalking is , right ? People are aware of it but nobody expects this to be added when the entire system itself isn't there in the 1st place . Also , to the other people that chimed in , i say please do your research before you arrogantly dismiss everything the OP said , however unrealistic it may be . It IS current content , it awards 900 ilvl gear along with a havoc demon hunter weapon skin , but you can't expect this to be added in the near future when , as i said before , the system it is used in doesn't EXIST yet . Maybe it could be a focus after tomb of sargeras and the rest of the 7.2.5 content , but that's not for me to say .
