[FIXED] [Shaman][Elemental] Smoldering Heart - Ascendance proc, getting stuck

Bug description: There's a strange issue with the proc on this legendary, often you get stuck on proc and cannot cast lava burst

Got a similar issue with Enhancement procs of this legendary. It shows icon of Ascendance version of Stormstrike, but on CD and you are unable to use it, even though there is Maelstrom even. I don't know if this is related or no to Lava Burst lock, but it's clear there is something wrong about the proc. Seems to somehow be scripted as a different version of the Ascendance that we can get as talent.

That's a confirmed bug, it's with ascendance, which is probably the same issue on elemental but just manifests differently because you have 2 charges of lava burst.

Confirmed, it seems to visually show the CD being reset but it isn't actually reset.
