WoW Freakz item link: any relic from a raid
Bug description: Basically you can not trade relics that drop from a raid. This was a bug in the previous patch and it got fixed but now its back again.
Proof: easy to test

Confirming this, it`s strange because relics from dungeon can be traded, just raids have problem
