Bug description: i have done all faction between multiple toons, but dont get credit

I've also faced this issue. It can be replicated, when your alt reaches friendly or honored with a reputation, you had previously got to revered in your alt.

Try doing a WQ for the rep that is not registering, if that doesn't work make a ticket.
