Disappearing items

My DK had its chest dissapeared twice in 2 days now.
On site I cannot recover it.
Can you please solve this issue so we won't lose items? I'm tired of looking for chest WQs every other day ...

Our developers are looking into the problem, however, were unable to find the reason for the issue so far. Please share as much information with us as you can, in order to fix the problem we need to know what exactly causes it.

Hey Sarah, thanks for writing back so fast, appreciate it.

This began few days ago, I had a 870+ ilvl chest (don't rly remember the ilvl) and as soon as i logged in, it was gone from my equipment.
After that, I went on a WQ, got a 840 one, then from a chest got a 865 one yesterday, and I logged in today to go tank a m8, when I see that the chest is not equipped again (it was gone).
On the character selection screen, the chest is there, but when I log in, it's not. After I log out again, the chest is gone on the character selection screen as well.
Also tried to recover it from the site, it says that I don't have any items to be recovered.

As for your items, if they don't show up on the item recovery page, they can't be restored, unfortunately.

I will put my DK on pause since this keeps happening. As soon as it's resolved, I'll play it again.
