Bug description: Writhing Heart of Darkness doesn't work on bosses in ToS Normal, also as a general bug the debuff is added onto the player

I can confirm this bug, the debuff is also applied to the player. (also happens with the raid xavius trinket, grotesque statue is its name I think)

It works fine, the debuff happening to you is a general issue with the proc system.
