[FIXED] [Rogue][Assassination] Crippling Poison's Ridiculous DR!

It has a ridiculous DR! (I have tested it in the PvP, doesn't know about PvE though!)
It should not have DR on slow! after 3 procs it wont proc on the target any more and its immune!
I have tested it in the Retail! It shouldn't have any DR on the duration!
I don't know how to import a proof for you! you can simply watch any rogue players twitch and find out. (watch: PsheroTV for example)
At this moment ASSA rogue is shitty for PvP! you cant have slows unless you get your shitty Shiv (pvptalent)! but that's not good at all!

I did a test on this and it does in fact have Diminishing Returns when used in PvP, which shouldn't happen. It should only get reapplied. I tested it in PvE (Training dummies) and Crippling Poison does get reapplied without ever reducing its duration or the target becoming immune to it. I am unsure if it is supposed to have DR in PvP or not.

Well, since Stimulation brought proof of slow going on DR, I can confirm this is a bug.

Crippling poison should not be on DR.
