I'd like to add that not only Harmstring, but all slows in the game have diminishing returns and they should not. (Mage slow, barrage slow, monk slow etc.).

Slows should not have diminishing returns in legion.

I can confirm that indeed Hamstring should not have Diminishing Returns, as well as various other slows. I would like to add however, that Disable, if Blazexoxox refers to it, does indeed have Diminishing returns. Also Charge slow is not affected by Diminishing returns as well.

Stimulation, indeed that was the one I was referring to. I appreciate your input as I wasn't aware of Disable.

As you confirmed there are multiple slows that are currently on Diminishing Returns and should NOT be, so I hope this doesn't get overlooked when implementing the fix.

The fix which removed DR for various spells (slows, etc) was not working anymore, fixed
