[FIXED] [Demon Hunter][Havoc] Anger of the Half-Giants, Demon Blades & Chaos Blades

Bug description: During Chaos Blades the Legendary Ring doesn't generate extra Fury even though Demon Blades do proc.
Proof: https://imgur.com/a/99yCYMy In these 2 pictures I had a dh show me the recount of his fury generation right after Chaos Blades was over and then continue to AA the dummy. First Picture shows his resources generated during Chaos Blades (notice no Anger of the Giants fury) and the 2nd one is him continuing to AA the dummy after that cooldown was over. As soon as Choas Blades runs out he starts getting Anger procs, but never during the effect. *Note: We re-tested this a few times to make sure it wasn't just bad luck but it never happened, he never generated fury during that window*
