Bug description: if you read runic corruption's description it says you have a chance based on amount of runic power you spend to gain runic corruption . basically it requires you to actually spend runic power for it to have a chance at activating . But right now it is procing even when you use Death coil while having Sudden doom. in other words you can spend no runic power and still get runic corruption ! .
Death coil from Sudden doom procs should not give you runic corruption.

Proof: Easy to test . go to dummy start auto attacking and whenever you get sudden doom procs cast death coil .

is it how it works in retail ? i doubt it
coz in retail,,,death coil bonus from sudden doom increase valkyrie dmg and also death coil bonus from t21
which mean it also works for runic corruption

RC should proc from the SD free coils. Same goes for Dark arbiter , it should benefit from SD procs.
