Bug description: After some time (in heroic difficulty), Tormented Soul stops spawning Remnants of Hope, which is used to reduce torment. After like Tormented Soul's HP below 95%, Remnants of Hope (the yellow orbs) just not spawning even when we damage it.

no need for proof you already know it's not fixed.

Please ... Can you repair faster this problem, because it's annoying to see whole raids groups dead* because of this problem .
