Bug description: Second Wind is supposed to ignore certain "Damage" flags and continue healing, on Freakz it is removed by any damage, where it should still be active if you take AoE damage or ticking damage from AoE spells

Disclaimer: The tool tip says when you have not taken damage - BUT on retail this only applied to direct attacks or spells.

Fallen Avatar last phase there is always aoe damage, Second wind is most active during the time the damage is going off. pls gib heal ty

None of this proof actually supports your claim; the first thread is from bfa so not applicable here, the second thread is about how bad the talent is, but nowhere is it said that it ignores some damage, and in the last thread in once again isn't mentioned.
Warcraftlogs are not seen as proof on such spells since you can easily cherrypick a log that suits your hypothesis.

if you bring actual proof it can be considered

directly from warcraft logs during final phase of avatar. its healing through Sear DAMAGE.

also the threads DID mention it you just had to read them, they werent i nmain topics but using Ctrl + F you could see Second Wind mentioned a lot about its niche uses, but i guess you don't know how to read web articles so i put it in picturre format for u

Just rechecked the warcraftlogs page with some others aswell, this kind of confirms it but I'll look for some more proof on how it should work
