Ok so if this post is no longer limited to just the damage part i'd like to also bring to your attention that DA does not change target(when you change targets it just stops attacking) and it does not move aka follow the target if its moving. There was a legit post about this but i don't see that post in confirmed,pending or even rejected section.

Okay I have tested and I can say Retail numbers are doable now. Like Quicksand said probably the only problems left are the Buff things and DA not switching targets.

Well yeah, before you had
2.875 RRPM on Sudden Doom (even with 60% haste that's only 4.6RPPM)

Now you have 2.875 * 1.6 * 2 (Unholy Frenzy) * 1.15 (Double Doom) = 10.58 RPPM.
It has quite an effect on DA...

i had concordance up pot , flask , food , tw aswell, still there is a big difference between me and that guy , on blizz , i have bis gear , way better stats , but can't hit for 7 mil crit. if he had my gear on blizz he would've got critical hits around 8 mil .

i will try to get a higher crit and will post update later .

Open my ss you will see the dmg is possible.
And you can even see that i had 13 casts and i still got 11 hits. So 2 are missing, dunno how or why.
But no matter like I have said it works fine.

Zbaam... The guy has Cradle of Anguish which gives him around 3.5k base strength which further gets amplified by bonuses. My SIMC calculations also use cradle. It's a huge buff when it's @ 10 stacks. You are talking about different gear there. How many times and how many people have to prove you wrong until you can accept the fact that retail numbers are possible? You have 4 points in https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=191488&&name=the-darkest-crusade (based on your armory). The guy from retail, and my SIMC use 7. So no, you don't have BiS gear when it comes to Single Target burst. +30% strength bonus from Unholy Strength and +3500 base strength from cradle are not something you can just ignore. No other relic bonuses besides Darkest Crusade actually affect DA, so you are losing out on those.

Failing to understand the implications of these and keep insisting that retail numbers are not possible here just makes you look like a fool. I rest my case

I used the same gear and relics as the T20M simc (i have around 47k STR raid buffed without prepot, same as here https://imgur.com/a/gCuh5v4). As you can see, I had 12 Death Coil casts, highest crit was 7.476.271.
This is with 10 stacks of Cradle, Defiled Augmentation, Flask, Food + Prolonged power, Bloodlust, 24 ranks in Concordance and 7 points in The Darkest Crusade (+70% bonus to Unholy Str, meaning 25.5% total strength bonus). Everything procced at the same time.

Suppose I had only 11 casts of DC, the damage would've been 6.950.595. Notice that my mastery is 10% lower than the simc profile, adding that back means i would've done 7.326.302 damage with 11 DC casts and 95% mastery instead of my current stats. I see no problems here. I'll need a bit more testing on the buff cache, and I'll push the fix sometime tomorrow
