Bug description: I know you locked and rejected my previous post about this and said i need to post ticket ingame but i did and nothiing is happening for 10 days now. Ancient Power trait still not reseted and i cant farm 300B AP to get to concordance.. AP has 7 traits and should reset to 1

Have you managed to resolve the issue or you still can't acquire Concordance and other traits?

i can get them that's not the issue its just Arcane power trait did not reset to 1 when i finished Gift from the six and its 7 traits now .. So ill need billions and billions of AP until i can get Concordance trait.. Rest of concordance traits i have (4 of them) only the last one i cant because i need to make up the loss of 6 traits difference that are used on Arcane power trait.. Those 6 traits should have fill all 3/4 and 4/5 traits down the tree and would have open Concordance of Legion trait .. I have currently 55 traits and concordance still locked and its impossible to farm like 2B AP for next trait , not to mention the loss of dps i have w/o 4k+ Intellect w/o concordance

@CyberKing as u can see in the picture he attached he have 7 traits in the legendary trait instead of 1 as it should be, so he will be able to learn concordance only when he reach the 57th trait, u can see as well that he already have 51 traits but he is missing 5 more traits to unlock concordance. I think this guy have about a month complaining about this bug @Quicksand @Shocker

a month and then some.. I had numerous tickets open even one of the GM's had Gift from the six reset for me but it didnt do anything.. I finished it again but didnt reset the trait to 1.. Idk all that AP needed to reach concordance seems impossible to me ... Its a lot of AP farming..

Yes I saw the SS I was just wondering if it got fixed by now since the post is a few days old. Well I'll try to get somebody to check this out for you since i really cant be of much help here.
