In pvp soothing darknes healing is 1% while ure in stealth

Hello. I did some testing on this in both PvP and PvE situations, and I will show my observations with a few screenshots:

1. Shadow Dance in PvP (in a Random Battleground) - Shadow Dance benefits from Soothing Darkness, and it should heal the same amount as it does while in Stealth, so in the battleground I am with a total health of 4,300,000 (rounded for testing purposes), and Shadow Dance heals me for 4,300,000 * (3/100) = 103,216 health per tick. This should be normal, but I've read in a few places (including Wowhead) that it is reduced down to 1% per tick in PvP. So here is the first case:

Stealth in PvP (in a Random Battleground) - While in Stealth, Soothing Darkness heals you for 3% of total health per tick, which as in the previous case, should be 103,216 health, but strangely, it does not. As a matter of fact, it heals me for 4,300,000 * (1/100) = 43,006 health per tick, which is 1%, which is strange, since it does indeed heal 1% of total health in PvP, but in the same PvP situation, Shadow Dance and Stealth heal me for different amounts:

3. Stealth and Shadow Dance in PvE (Suramar) - While in either Stealth or Shadow Dance, Soothing Darkness heals me for 5,015,000 * (3/100) = 150,451, which is 3% of total health per tick. So, in PvE, Soothing Darkness works fine:

As a conclusion, I'd say that either Shadow Dance + Soothing Darkness in PvP heals 3% when it should actually heal 1%, if indeed in PvP the amount is reduced, or Stealth + Soothing Darkness in PvP heals 1%, when it should actually heal 3%.
My opinion is that since numerous talents/spells/stats are reduced in PvP, I'd say that it should indeed be reduced to 1% healing, so the first point is not working properly, that is, Shadow Dance + Soothing Darkness in PvP heals for 3%, when it should be down to 1%.
