Bug description: Maiden of Valor should not lose the 100% energy once she starts casting cleansing protocol( she starts to gain energy during channel ) ,instead she should lose it after the cast is finished / the shield is broken. This is what causes timers to be sketchy.

Bug proof: I got no videos of the freakz shield / energy gain bug.

Bug Description : Once Fallen avatar gets to 100% energy and casts annihilation he loses the 100% energy, is instantly starts gaining energy in between phases while falling. From what I can gather through retail videos he is about 5 seconds inactive as soon as he lands and starts gaining energy after 8 once annihilation has been cast. Have In mind I do not know if there's a 3 seconds delay for energy gain to tick or he is modified to gain energy after 8. I know the 8 seconds difference shouldn't really matter much when it comes to killing the boss but it is only cause for messed up timers.

Bug Description : Rain of the destoyer spawn interval should be a lot shorter than what I assume you have 2 seconds. I cannot deduct the spawn interval but it looks like 0.2 or so with my lazy eye =/

Bug description: The Touch Of Sargeras should be "evenly" spread out across the 6 quadrants (divisions between 5 pylons)

i. Sometimes there is 3-4 at same spot in middle of room - overlapping as well
ii. Sometimes 1-2 of them spawn so far away that they are even behind the zone where pylon/beams starts from....

More info: As seen in video(s) they seem to spawn somewhat in this fashion < left -- mid-left ...mid... mid-right -- right>

Bug description: You should be able to count the time before Shadowys Blades is about to hit you with DBM or WA, right now it doesn't work at all, not even yelling on chat that you are targeted.

Bug description: Desolate should ALWAYS have 29 seconds duration when is refreshed, sometime it doesn't refresh duration and stacks (due to texture from the front for the Fallen Avatar).
Sometime it refrsh the stacks, but not the duration of Desolate.
This is happening usually when you have 3 stacks of Desolate.

I just reported the one above where a tank can solo it because the duration of Desolate is not refreshed.

Bug description: Corrupted Matrix or the green beam should be active for 12 seconds and then spawn again after 8 seconds, right now the beam is active for 39 seconds (as you can see in the tooltip from freakz DB).
The beam area should be bigger.
Beside this, WA/DBM doesn't work to count the spawn time of Corrupted Matrix.

WoW Freakz link: Rupture Realities delay time with Ripple of Darkness
Bug description: After Rupture Realities is casted, Fallen Avatar should not target anyone and do nothing for the next 5 seconds. This fact is helping tanks to move away from Rupture Realities and come back in range of the boss without casting Ripple of Darkness. On our server, Ripple of Darkness is casted instantly.

WoW Freakz link: Fallen Avatar texture and Maiden hitbox
Bug description: You should be able to cast spell between the texture from the front of Fallen Avatar to Maiden.
Also the hitbox of Maiden should be bigger, right now you have to be in the middle of Maiden hitbox to do a melle hit.
