WoW Freakz item link: -
Bug description: EVERY trinket in the game that has an on-use effect should have a shared "global" cooldown to prevent stacking and switching them around etc. There are currently loads of quite OP trinkets on Freakz that don't have shared cds among themselves, here are 2 examples:
1) http://prntscr.com/osst22 - In this example I used Majordomo's Dinner Bell AND Eyasu's Mulligan at the same time, benefiting from both of their effects simultaneously.
2) http://prntscr.com/osstdc - In this second one I had someone up the ante a bit, and use Shivermaw's Jawbone along with Majordomo's Dinner Bell at the same time, and as you can see both effects are up simultaneously again.
This can get really crazy however if you combine one of those heavy stat giving trinkets with 1 that does instant damage, such as Umbral Moonglaives etc. Unfortunately I don't have that particular trinket in order to test it too but I would assume it works too.
Proof: Taken from WoWWiki : Using a trinket often activates a shared cooldown on trinkets with similar effects. https://eu.battle.net/forums/en/wow/topic/17622533105 and https://us.battle.net/forums/en/wow/topic/20765837003 also.
P.S.: For some reason the quote from WoWWiki states that the cooldown enters in effect IF the 2 trinkets have similar effects, I'm not sure why it says that as I couldn't find anybody mentioning or talking about an exception to this cooldown rule (I.E. Majordomo, Stat giving trinket, and Umbral Moonglaives, damaging trinket) anywhere else, and I myself am pretty sure this 20 second global cooldown is global, but whatever.

EDIT: I forgot to mention precisely in all my ramblings what it's actually supposed to be: Every active trinket should incur a 20 second cooldown affecting the other on-use trinket equipped. Also, I know It's not my job to tell you how to fix stuff and what to do etc, but If you do decide to do something about this please make sure the cooldown you implement doesn't also affect other PROC based trinkets, as those are not affected by this rule.

Confirmed, many damage trinkets will not incur a shared global cooldown
