log out log in and lose items

Mos 0 run, i looted some item and equipped inside the istance.

Click portal, go out, relog, item missing, 759ilvl istead of 820. Its all normal i see, like 1 year ago when i miss my leggo next to a relog and gm say : we cant give the item to you again (and yes i had screen and video loot)

Legendary items are able to be restored, regular epic items are not.

You Lost a Legendary Item due to server restart or crash.

what about lost a legendary due to my relog ? i have fear to relog when i take new item now xD

anyway, ty for your answer we need more people like you

Legendary items are always restorable regardless of the cause. (Although they will be ilvl 910 if you aren't online during the recovery process for technical reasons)

The disappearing items issue pretty much occurs for Death Knights of all 3 specs and Beast Mastery Hunters only, for yet unknown reasons.

i missed a second ring today, second slot ring. Its impossible to live with this. Restore in website not working it say no items. I havent screen because is not a legendary but i have drop a ring like 2 ours +- ago and now relogged and dissapear

The problem doesn't occur for Hunters in MM or Survival spec.
