Bug description: Currently the cap on souls is implemented a bit strangely. If you go over 5 souls (which is the cap) to, say, 7 souls, 2 souls will despawn after 1-2 seconds of obtaining the 2 souls above the cap, however, in those 1-2 seconds, the 7 total souls will be listed as useable by Soul Bomb. This can lead to some pretty crazy stuff if combined with the talent Fallout, which makes it so that Immolation Aura, an UNCAPPED AoE ability, has a chance to generate a soul for every target it hits. In the video below you can see me obtain 17 souls, use spirit bomb to consume them all, and the ability DOES get scaled up damage wise.

I've tested this earlier and the problem does occur indeed.
