Can't loot artifact weapons from mailbox

Recently donated for a MM Hunter. Got all of my gear including the artifacts in the mailbox
However I could only loot the artifact for BM, the rest of the artifacts wont get moved from the mail into my bag.

Please help.

Hello Marklyftarn,

Try shift-clicking the mail to instantly loot the items.

Should that not work, go to the Interface folder, delete FrameXML, then retry.
