Starting at lvl 50 you recive a 5% increase to your primary stat for wearing leather [Armor Skills] General Passive ,not working u can test it .

I added the same exact gear he has +1ilvl (Gear) and I end up with almost the same amount of Agility (45 233) .
Keep in mind that logs show the amount of Agility with Potion of Prolonged Power, Flask of the Seventh Demon and Well Fed buff.
